A typical Filipino dish mainly viand, desserts , appetizer and other cuisine from my childhood as far as I can remember. Simple, easy and not complicated to prepare dishes. As a child, I enjoyed watching my Nanay (mom) cooking in our little kitchen. The aroma that filled the kitchen was just so irresistible!
Now I'm trying to reinvent these dishes and make it as tasty as those of my Nanay's cooking.
